Companies are assigned a Cloud Migration Specialist (CMS) who walks the client through the migration process from start to finish. We understand the idea of cloud computing may seem a bit overwhelming or unclear. Our CMS takes great care to answer questions clearly, making sure the customer is comfortable with the process. A Cloud Readiness Assessment is made consisting of three components including what technology is currently in place, how many users are migrating and any additional information needed to make the process run smooth. The CMS will work with our support department to build your custom cloud environment and schedule the application and data migration to our U.S. based top-tier secure data center. Once completed, users, with the help of virtual desktop hosting, will now have access to any application they need from any device, creating a more collaborative, efficient and secure work environment.
